Alex Alonso

Vice President

Born and raised in the industry, Alex has made it his mission to carry the torch with High-End Service after his father started the company nearly 40 years ago. Alex has an undergraduate degree in Business Management and a Graduate degree in Information Systems. He loves dogs and design. You’ll find him spending his free time galloping around with his furry friend or on the next house or art project. Alex looks forward to setting the pace for the Appliance Repair Industry every day.

Shelly’s passion for helping people started in the health field. She has worked for a doctor for 25 years before I got into the Appliance world. It was easy for her to connect with customers and a passion for wanting to help came naturally. Understanding the mechanics of appliances came easily and she worked her way to Warranty Manager. Throughout her journey, she has supported all the departments within the company; parts ordering, accounting, billing, IT support, extended warranty, and just about any other department within High-End Service.

Jethro has been the IT Administrator with High-End Service since September 2021. He worked in IT for the last 16 years all over the country including New York City, Kansas, Louisiana, and Virginia. He was born and raised on the beautiful island of Dominica and enjoys relaxing in nature, traveling to discover other tropical islands, doing home renovation projects, and spending time with his wife.

Harrison joined the High-End Service team in November of 2022 as the Director of Marketing. He relocated to Largo, Florida from Denver, Colorado in the fall of 2022. Initially from Wisconsin, Harrison loves spending time outdoors, photography, and spending time with his family. He graduated with a Bachelor of Marketing, a Bachelor of Digital Marketing, and a Sales Strategy Certification.

Tami is the Accounting Manager for High-End Service. She has been with the company since its inception and has over 30 years of customer service experience. She graduated with a bachelor’s in business. When she is not hard at work you can find her reading, cooking, or in her garden.

Keith Loss

Master Tech / GA Service Manager

Keith grew up on a dairy farm in Michigan and spent 4 years in the Marine Corps. He joined the High-End Service team in 2011 and has since gained the title of Service Manager/Master Technician for the region of Georgia. Keith graduated from Ferris State University with an Electronics Degree. In his free time, he enjoys flying WW2 B-25 bombers in airshows and coaching high school basketball.

Jamie is the solution specialist for High-End Service.

She graduated a year early from the University of South Florida with highest honors and attained her B.A. in psychology. In Mary Beth’s free time you can find her at the beach, traveling, or baking.

Theresa has a love of music, motorcycles, and water. In her free time, you can find her in or on the water, fishing, riding her bike, attending concerts, writing music, and playing her ukulele.
