At High-End Service, our focus is on the safety of our employees and customers. We are closely monitoring the guidelines set by the Department of Health and our state and local officials. With the situation rapidly evolving, we are continually assessing our protocols for customer-facing employees and taken precautionary measures such as:
Work From Home
All of our employees are strongly encouraged to work from home. We provided equipment to ease in the transition of our staff to fully remote setups. Our in office staff consists of no more than five employees distanced greater than six feet apart.
Social Distancing
Our technicians are advised to practice social distancing during all customer interactions. This includes avoiding handshakes and maintaining six feet worth of distance during all interactions.
Sanitization
We've advised our team to clean all surfaces and to wash their hands before and after each visit.
Self Identify
Our customers are asked to make our team aware if anyone in the home is under quarantine or has flu-like symptoms.
Supplies
We are working around the clock to supply our technicians with cleaning supplies and safety gear. Safety gear includes disposable gloves, shoe covers, masks, sanitizer etc.
Open Communication
Our technicians are encouraged to keep us up to date on any concerns they experience in the field.
