HES has Jarvi of stone mountain to repair high refrigerator temperature problem. Last time if is due to a leak from the scolding point when compressor was replaced. This time Jarvi suspects that it is due to some blockage but nothing shows up after plug in some refrigerant. Jarvi is a very pleasant person to deal with.

HES was as good as it gets for Sub-Zero service. If you go to another service for Sub-Zero equipment, you are likely paying too much for less than best service. This is who the manufacturer uses to service their warranty.
Specifically, Anson was our tech. He was professional and personable the whole way. I wish everyone did their work as well as he did. The world would be better for it.

My speed oven required attention and was repaired after the OEM and factory authorized parts arrived.

The repairs always get done, but if a truck is scheduled to fix a lighting issue for a sub zero fridge, I expect him to be prepared to replace the light. It’s really frustrating to schedule multiple appointments for the same issue. This happened previously with a part for the water filter. The service agent showed up with the incorrect piece after custom ordering it. My fridge isn’t one of a kind. Took months to fix the issue.

I had a fan go out on my Wolf double oven. I gave the error message to High End before they came out. Donovan arrived and was very professional. He made sure to protect my floors and countertops before starting any repairs. When he was finished he went downstairs and turned the circuit breaker back on and made sure to turn off the lights. Every detail was accounted for and the oven is back in business. Very satisfied.

What a great experience we had getting our Wolf Range serviced. Not only was Wolf amazing for taking care of the replacement parts well out of the warranty period, but the service we got from HES and our tech in Jacksonville, Jon, was outstanding! (And he spells his name the proper way too, LOL)
The office staff communicated regularly and were extremely friendly. Jon was AMAZING! He was always on time (took multiple visits to diagnose and repair), very friendly, explained what the cause was and what he was doing to fix it. He took great care of our house to protect the wood floors and was very conscientious in everything he did.
I’d 100% recommend HES and use them again without hesitation. Our oven and burner are back up and running for a fair price.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The only thing “high-end” about this service is the price.
On September 8, 2025, a technician named George came out to service our hood. It is now January 26, 2026, and after four separate service visits, the issue is still not resolved. We have already spent over $1,700, and the hood still does not work.
Now they are asking us to pay for a third replacement part, plus another premium service fee, even though there has been no clear diagnosis and no fix. This has turned into an extremely expensive trial-and-error process where the customer is paying for parts, labor, and repeated visits while the technician continues to guess at the solution.
I spoke with Romana Fernandez regarding a refund, and I was told she needs 24–48 hours to review the request. At this point, after months of delays, repeated visits, and no resolution, this situation is unacceptable.

The Sub zero technician arrived early at my request, diagnosed and fixed the problem with the water dispenser promptly. He reattached a loose wire inside the button, made some very helpful suggestions for better food storage and checked in later in the day to be sure the water dispenser was still working properly. In summation, he was excellent, going above and beyond. The work was under warranty so I cannot comment on pricing.

This was a complete ripoff. I called in about my wolf appliance and the office staff claimed they couldn't identify the model or serial number, despite the fact that both chatgpt and gemini found it. I even emailed a picture of it, but they didn't respond. I assumed the circuit board was bust, and was hoping they'd bring one. Once the guy arrived, they told me that the circuit board is no longe produced, which LLM's confirm as well. Now they charge $330 just because their office staff can't use computers - this is a complete scam.

This company is a joke! Because of them I will never recommend Cove, Wolf or Sub-zero to anyone. I have two home one in denver and one in fort lauderdale. I had new appliances installed in FLA back in August. Speed oven damaged. Still waiting part replacement. They are now saying it won't be until April 22,. They need to replace the unit. The initial call to Ferguson's for service was not great. However, once they put me in contact with High-End Service, everything went much smoother. High-End Service contacted me by email and text. Making the appointment was very simple. I didn't have to wait long for service. Jonathan Perez was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. This company provides a white glove service. From the customer service representatives to the technician, it shows everyone is trained to make the customer their first priority.
The technician used shoe covers and made sure to put a protective blanket on the floor and other surfaces where he placed his tools and parts.

High End Service is second to none, so don't bother wasting your time and money with other companies. I had my 21-year-old Sub Zero refrigerator overhauled to include replacement of the compressor, evaporator coil, and heat exchanger. Jacob did a truly amazing job from start to finish. I've never seen a technician so meticulous, and incredibly friendly, in my entire life. He starts the job by protecting my hardwood floors with rubber mats and cargo blankets and then carefully carries tools and equipment into my home. Jacob thoroughly explains everything he's doing throughout the repair. This guy is meticulous beyond belief and did an outstanding job restoring my refrigerator to factory specifications.
