What a great experience we had getting our Wolf Range serviced. Not only was Wolf amazing for taking care of the replacement parts well out of the warranty period, but the service we got from HES and our tech in Jacksonville, Jon, was outstanding! (And he spells his name the proper way too, LOL)
The office staff communicated regularly and were extremely friendly. Jon was AMAZING! He was always on time (took multiple visits to diagnose and repair), very friendly, explained what the cause was and what he was doing to fix it. He took great care of our house to protect the wood floors and was very conscientious in everything he did.
I’d 100% recommend HES and use them again without hesitation. Our oven and burner are back up and running for a fair price.

Since 2022, we have been very pleased with the outstanding service by our technician Mike T. He does a very thorough, comprehensive, and professional job when servicing our Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances. Yesterday, he did the complete condenser cleaning and replacement of the air filter on our Sub-Zero. We highly recommend High End Service.

Mike Thibodeau did a great job with our Wolf double oven repair. Arrived on time, analyzed the issue, and it was promptly resolved. He also made us aware that our sub-zero fridge should be serviced annually. We'll definitely be back in touch with Mike and HES when needed.

The Sub zero technician arrived early at my request, diagnosed and fixed the problem with the water dispenser promptly. He reattached a loose wire inside the button, made some very helpful suggestions for better food storage and checked in later in the day to be sure the water dispenser was still working properly. In summation, he was excellent, going above and beyond. The work was under warranty so I cannot comment on pricing.

Tech was great to work with. He texted the night before appt. Assessed and diagnosed the issue quickly, communicating with me the whole time. When the replacement part arrived, the same tech returned and installed it quickly. Again communication was great!
