The initial call to Ferguson's for service was not great. However, once they put me in contact with High-End Service, everything went much smoother. High-End Service contacted me by email and text. Making the appointment was very simple. I didn't have to wait long for service. Jonathan Perez was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem in seconds and correct the issue. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. He even taught me more about my SubZero Refrigerator. I said great price for the service call because i've owned the refrigerator for 4 years and this is the first time it's been serviced. I definitely recommend High-End Service and Jonathan Perez for your appliance needs.

Nick and Tate were very professional and exceptional technicians. They and Alicia went above and beyond to track down a condenser in a warehouse to replace the one that failed in our 6 year old refrigerator/freezer. Subzero had advised us and high end appliance that the replacement condenser was out of stock, was on back order and wouldn’t arrive until November 7, 2025.

From our experience today we will definitely use High End Service for all our future Wolf Sub Zero needs. The office person, Denise, was so nice and made setting up a service appointment easy. Tate, the service technician, arrived on time, was very polite, neat, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our Sub Zero refrigerator. Tate worked efficiently, and in one hour he diagnosed and repaired our refrigerator. We would highly recommend High-End Service
