Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove Appliances outside of their factory warranty (COD service calls) are eligible for a 1-year labor warranty and a lifetime* warranty on parts. This warranty excludes cosmetic parts, electronics, glass cook tops, gaskets, and filters. 

*Lifetime indicates a reasonable time of ownership and life expectancy of the product. High-End Service will honor a lifetime parts warranty, for same part failures, up until the product reaches 20 years old (according to registration date).

Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove Appliances 20 years or older, reconditioned units, and Non-residential/outdoor appliances will have a 60-day labor warranty and 1-year warranty on parts. This warranty excludes cosmetic parts, electronics, glass cook tops, gaskets, and filters. 

Appliance Maintenance includes a 30-day labor warranty. 

Broan/Best is not applicable for this warranty. Broan/Best will only be eligible for a 60-day labor warranty.

High-End Service will honor the same part failure if the customer had the original factory part replaced by another company. Additional fees may apply for labor and original receipt is required.

Our warranty is applicable for products under normal use. If product issues revolve around installation, electrical short/power surge, user abuse, general wear and tear, and noise related complaints will not qualify for this warranty. Product with bug or rodent history will have no warranty. 

We reserve the right to require a signed agreement prior to service on products over the 20 year lifetime expectancy of Sub-Zero Group, Inc.

All service calls are subject to a diagnostic or trip charge.

*Any product categorized as “No Warranty” by Sub-Zero Group, Inc will only have a 30 day labor warranty and a disclaimer must be signed ahead of the services provided
