Excellent service from Mike Thibodeau from High End Service today. He was very knowledgeable and took time to educate me about my new Wolf appliances (double wall oven and cooktop). Mike also offered that I could text him with any questions that I didn't think about today. He said that his goal is not only to service appliances but to educate and take care of his customers. He didn't rush out in 10 minutes but took his time in explaining and educating me. Top notch service technician and very nice way with people. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks, Mike!

Donovan was great it troubleshooting my issue w my Cove Dishwasher. The issue wasn’t the dishwasher, but rather the GF outlet. He was patient & knowledgeable. He also took time to explain how to clean my Wolf Oven. Great service. And very professional.
High End Service is an appliance repair business who specializes and works with Wolf Kitchen equipment. They are recommended by the Wolf factory for their product service and rightfully so. My speed oven required attention and was repaired after the OEM and factory authorized parts arrived. Scheduling of the work was able to be adjusted even earlier than originally planned thanks to Jacob one of their technicians himself. He had all the tools and skills enabling work to be done in our cramped kitchen workplace. Thanks Wolf and High End service.
