The sub zero ref service by your techs is excellent. However communication is poor. Now when I call for information i am told to fill out a form and e mail. There used to be someone picking up the phone for questions. Please improve your communication

Mike Thibodeau provided outstanding service in diagnosing a Sub-Zero component issue and replacing the part. Our refrigerator was back up and running quickly. I highly recommend High End Service.

Mike came out and fixed a simple issue today and was very professional and courteous. He also fixed a more complex issue a few months ago for a reasonable price and beat a competitor by almost half. The repair tech, Tate, was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and also very personable. Almost made me feel good about my dishwasher being broken. Great representative of High End Service and of the Cove, SubZero, Wolf brands. Repair or no repair, Tate is welcome in my home any time!
