I will never use another service company, other than HES!! I had two different service companies work on my new subzero refrigerator and they just worsened the problem. High End Service sent Andrews and he was amazing and very skilled.

Would suggest if you have a sub zero not to go with an unauthorized repair outfit. Call this group since factory authorized. Save yourself the headache I had. Brad was great.

I tried numerous reputable appliance repair companies to try and fix my sub zero freezer . No luck at all . They said it could not be fixed. Then i tried high end service. Wow red the service technician figured it out in 10 minutes and saved mer thousands . They are the only company i will ever user. They are the very best!!! High End Service company
