I had a fan go out on my Wolf double oven. I gave the error message to High End before they came out. Donovan arrived and was very professional. He made sure to protect my floors and countertops before starting any repairs. When he was finished he went downstairs and turned the circuit breaker back on and made sure to turn off the lights. Every detail was accounted for and the oven is back in business. Very satisfied.

Our service technician, Jacob Hartob, is by far the best we have ever had. We have a Wolf induction cooktop that was in need of repair. Jacob was knowledgeable, confident and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and ordered what we needed quickly. When he returned to complete the repair he went above and beyond by not only installing the part but cleaning the countertop for the cooktop to make it better than it was. We so appreciate him and will ask for Jacob any time we need service from High End Service. Thank you!!!

Jacob with High-End Service did an outstanding job repairing our Sub-Zero freezer. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. In addition to fixing the issue, he fully serviced the unit and replaced the filters while he was here, which I really appreciated.
His attention to detail and overall expertise were impressive. Everything is running perfectly now. The cost was high, but I understand that servicing Sub-Zero appliances requires specialized skill and parts. Given the quality of the work, I would absolutely use High-End Service again.
