    If your Sub-Zero product is showing the service icon or the wrench it can me there are temperature or performance issues. Try turning off the breaker for at least 10 minutes and turning back on.     Temperature of the Sub-Zero unit is too high

    If your Sub-Zero fridge, freezer or ice maker is too hot try to clean the condenser coils as dust and dirt can accumulate and make it overheat. You can clean this yourself or schedule maintenance with our certified technicians.

    How do I reset the filter light on my Sub-Zero ice maker?

    The filter light usually comes from needing to replace the water filter for the ice maker. After the filter is replaced press the clean key for 6 seconds to reset the counter and light.
