    My Sub-Zero is showing a wrench icon/alarm is beeping.

    If your Sub-Zero product is showing the service icon or the wrench it can me there are temperature or performance issues. Try turning off the breaker for at least 10 minutes and turning back on. If that doesn’t fix it, then you can schedule an appointment with our factory certified technicians to fix the problem.

    Temperature of the Sub-Zero unit is too high

    If your Sub-Zero fridge, freezer or ice maker is too hot try to clean the condenser coils as dust and dirt can accumulate and make it overheat. You can clean this yourself or schedule maintenance with our certified technicians.

    Sub-Zero ice maker does not make ice

    First try to turn the Sub-Zero ice maker and off. Look for possible jammed ice cubes, low water pressure, or frozen ice maker fill tube.     How do I reset the filter light on my Sub-Zero ice maker?

    The filter light usually comes from needing to replace the water filter for the ice maker. After the filter is replaced press the clean key for 6 seconds to reset the counter and light. Repeat if it doesn’t reset the first time. If this doesn’t fix the issue schedule service for a certified technician to fix the issue.
